Mike and Carol Fall are proud to offer their guests a premier Inn "experience" and Fall Farm Country Inn, has grown into just that - an experience. Facilities include a 6,000 square foot Main Inn, with five individual units, many spacious common areas, and a swimming pool and spa, all on 10 acres in the piney-woods of East Texas. An additional property, located just one mile from Fall Farm, offers a 3,000 square foot guesthouse, cottages, and a multipurpose facility, all overlooking a beautiful lake in the distance.

As experienced Innkeepers, Mike and Carol anticipate the needs of their guests, as well as their unspoken wishes. As guests of Fall Farm, an overnight stay becomes a needed respite not aware of until given the opportunity...come and capture this opportunity for yourself!

Rates & Policies

Rates range from $135 - $600 per night.
Fall Farm is offered as an ADULT facility. Pets are NOT allowed at any unit.
Check-in: is 3 pm, Check-out is 11 am
Rates are based on single/double occupancy, and supplemental charges will apply to additional room guests.
Room rates are subject to 10% tax (state and local).
A credit card deposit equal to one night’s lodging per unit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations made within 10 days of arrival require payment in full at time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
A $25 service charge is applied to all cancellations.
Group reservations require a 30-day notice, with a $50 service charge.
Fall Farm is a NON-SMOKING property. A penalty will be charged to guests who choose not to honor the no smoking policy.
Fall Farm is located in a dry county, and cannot sell wine. Complimentary evening wine is served at the Main Inn.
Group reservations require a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Single night stays are available Monday-Wednesday.
