The Bamboo Bungalow is a cozy two bedroom cottage on 10 secluded acres with beautiful hill country views. Relax by your very own private pool while reading a book or just sit on the back porch watching the deer as they leisurely stroll by. Choose from the Bamboo Suite or the Honeymoon Suite. This cottage sleeps 2 max! The Honeymoon Suite is a larger bedroom with closet space, there is an oversized window with hill country views, TV/DVD and a cuddle bed topper! Choose the Bamboo Suite or the Honeymoon Suite. Once you choose your bedroom the other bedroom will not be booked.

The Caribbean Dream Cottage is a meticulous and spacious one room cottage located on 10 private and secluded acres. Gaze upon our beautiful hill country view while soaking in your very own private hot tub or snuggle up together on the hammock mesmerized by the star filled Texas sky. This cottage sleeps 3 max! Two-night minimum and three night-minimum on holidays. One nights are not available at any time.

Policies for Both Cottages...
We welcome your reservation all year round.
We do have a two-night minimum stay requirement.
There is a three-night minimum stay for major holidays.
We regret we are unable to accept one nights any longer.
The Cottage rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
All reservations must be held with a credit card guarantee.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
Your balance due will be charged 21 days before arrival.
Cancelling your reservation in advance of 21 days before your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50 bookkeeping fee.
If you should cancel your reservation within 21 days or less of your expected arrival, your payment will be returned to you less a $50 bookkeeping fee if, and only if, the cottage you reserved is rebooked for the same dates.
Last minute cancellations due to uncontrolable circumstances will have to be proven.
Once proven, a gift certificate will be issued to use within 6 months.
These specific gift certificates will have to be used Monday - Thursday (holidays not included).
There is no charge for changing your dates the first time.
Any time after that there is a $25 change fee.
Changing your dates within 21 days of your arrival is not permitted unless we can rebook the same dates.
MASSAGES OR SPECIALTY BASKETS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Please note: if you decide to cancel your specialty orders or scheduled massages in residence there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS!
Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to this cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.
Check-in is 3 PM or after...Check-out is 11 AM or before!
If you would like a late check-out you may do so at a one half nights stay. (Only when availability permits).
Sorry, we cannot allow children under the age of 18.
We are unable to accept pets, no matter how well-behaved they are.
Smoking is allowed outside ONLY! A $200 fee will be charged for failure to comply.
Registered guests are responsible for any damages to the cottages and its contents.
A fee will be charged to your account for any cleaning and/or trash removal deemed excessive.
