The Plum/Mustard Suite serves as a family suite located on the bottom floor with one queen size bed and two twin beds. Sleeps from 1 to 4 guests on exclusive Elm Street's signature latex mattresses. Full size spa bath attached. Plum/Mustard Suite allows for full access to all rooms on the bottom floor as well as the additional second bath available off of the dining room.

Upstairs suite sleeps 2 on Elm Street's signature latex Queen Bed. For additional privacy you will enjoy Granny's sitting area and separate reading room. Your privacy is our priority with the in-suite full bath along with your own television, wireless telephone, and your personal coffee cart.

Prices below include more than a bed for the night - they are reflective of an entire home for the night. Whether booking for a party of one or a party of eight, you will enjoy the privacy of 2400 square feet as your home away from home.

Each night's stay includes a large breakfast basket available in the refrigerator for you to heat up each morning of your visit. This allows you the benefit of rising out of bed on your own time schedule and coming to the breakfast table in a bathrobe if you so desire. Please alert us to any specific dietary requirements prior to check-in (diabetic, kosher, vegetarian).

• 1-2 guests - $175 per night - Choice of Plum or Mustard Room
• 3-4 guests - $275 per night - Plum/Mustard Suite
• 5-6 guests - $375 per night - Plum/Mustard Suite & Granny's Attic
• 7-8 guests - $445 per night - Suite, Granny's Attic & Daybed

• Well behaved children are welcomed when booking entire house. Parents are responsible for any and all damages incurred during their stay. Charges for damages are assessed at replacement value. Baby bed is available upon request.
• We are a smoke free and pet free facility. For our smoking guests, we have provided seating outside in the courtyard and on the front porch. Local kennels are provided for any pets traveling with our customers. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests violating this policy.
• Check in time is between 3 and 6 pm. Please notify management should you require a late arrival.
• Check out time is 11am. Late check outs are granted by prior approval only.
• Elm Street B & B requires 14 days advance notice for a full refund of your deposit.
• Any cancellation less than 14 days will not be refunded.
• All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee paid by credit card.
• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Courtesy holds are granted for 24 hours with the exception of holidays and opening hunting seasons.
• Advance payment for your entire stay is required to secure your reservation.
• Holidays: A minimum of 3 nights is required for all holidays.
• Hunters: A minimum of 3 nights is required on opening hunting weekends for deer, dove, quail & turkey season. No drinking is allowed on the premises of the Elm Street Bed & Breakfast if firearms are present.
