All guest rooms have private baths, "coffee corners", and mini-refrigerators. "Coffee corners" include a coffee maker plus supplies for guests to enjoy a cup of The Delforge Place's special blend of coffee.
American Room... is decorated in turn of the century America style. This room is located downstairs, has a queen-size bed, and adjoining den area. The full private bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate oversize shower, original marble top washstand, and a garden window. Sleeps 2 people. $130 double occupancy. American Room

German Suite German Suite...emphasizes the German heritage of Fredericksburg and the Seelig family. This suite has a king bed and a mini-library in the bedroom, and a day bed in the separate sitting room. The full private bath has an antique claw foot tub, separate shower and original marble top washstand. Sleeps 3 adults. $145 double occupancy. A $25 charge applies for additional persons.

Victorian Room... emphasizes the style of the house. This is a large downstairs bedroom with king-size bed and full private bath with shower. Sleeps 2 people. $140 double occupancy.

Upper Deck...is decorated in the theme of European Emigration to Texas. This is an upstairs room with a private outside entrance and deck that overlooks the patio at the rear of the house. This room has a queen-size bed, small kitchenette with microwave and full private bath with shower. Sleeps 2 people. $125 double occupancy.

Policies
  • An additional tax of 13% will be added to room charges.
  • Cancellations must have a seven days notice for full refund, less a $35 processing fee.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Travelers Cheques and personal checks are accepted.
  • No smoking is permitted inside of the house. Smoking is allowed on the porch and patio.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Ask about weekday Upper Deck business discounts.
