Introduction

Decker Creek Bed & Breakfast & Biscuit is dedicated to providing a scenic rural getaway on 50 acres of woods and meadows, intersected by Decker Creek. Stay in your own private deluxe cabin with kitchen and king or twin beds. Eat a full country breakfast at the main house or have it delivered to your cabin. Take a stroll down to the creek and beyond. We are a "wildlife management area," and there is a large variety of birds that nest or migrate here.

Watch the sunset from the screened front porch. Bubble away your stress in a whirlpool tub as you watch TV, listen to music or just enjoy a view of the trees and fields down the hill.

Austin is just 14 miles away, Bastrop is 23, and Elgin is about 20.

Decker Creek You don't have to come with your four-legged best friends, but they would be upset if they missed out on this fun! We are designed to be dog-friendly. The cabin has a large fenced yard. Dog towels, bowls, bed, blankets and pet-friendly shower are provided.

A fishing lake is just a few miles down the road. There is golfing nearby in Manor, Austin and Bastrop. Our country lanes provide a perfect opportunity for cycling. Just ask the Discovery team! Canoeing is available on the Colorado River. We are near all the Austin-area and Hill Country attractions, including some very authentic barbecue.

Get a Good Night Sleep in a Comfortable Bed The cabin is designed to accommodate two people comfortably, but there is a futon in the living area that can be made into a bed. We also have a room in the main house, with a king-size bed and private bath with whirlpool tub.

  • Our basic rate is $150 a night, with a two-night minimum on weekends.
  • Discounts are available for stays longer than two days.
  • MasterCard and Visa, checks and cash are accepted.
  • There are no additional charges for pets. Yes, cats can come too.
  • Smoking is allowed outside only.
