 Waco, Texas Bed and Breakfast: Opening in the fall of 2003, this vintage one story home features large rooms with 12 foot ceilings and original woodwork. The two large parlors and dining room feature antique mirrored mantels. Located at 115 N. 25th St. one block off Austin Ave, we are close to downtown museums, restaurants and shopping. Also close to Floyd Casey Stadium, we are easily accessible to I-35, Highway 84 and Baylor University.

Introduction

Creekside Garden Bed and Breakfast - Waco, Texas Opening in the fall of 2003, this romantic 1890 one story guest house features large rooms with 12 foot ceilings and original woodwork. The two large parlors and dining room feature antique mirrored mantels.

Located a block away from Waco's grand old homes, you can take a neighborhood stroll or enjoy the antique ambience inside to read, play the victrola or the grand piano.

A full breakfast buffet is served in the beautiful dining room overlooking the garden.

Three guest rooms with private baths are featured.
There is central a/c and heat but also ceiling fans in all rooms.
Reservations may be guaranteed by Visa/MasterCard or Check.
No smoking or children under 10.
We have high speed Internet service available for our guests.
The Rabbit Hole is a whimsical "suite" with bunny painted four poster double bed, small sitting area, cable TV, and bath with shower.
$80/night plus tax 		The Classic Garden Room is a romantic room with cable TV, king size bed, daybed and twin sofa bed. It's private bath with two vanities features a whirlpool tub.
$100/night plus tax for double occupancy. $15 per extra guest. 		The Cottage Garden Room has a Queen size bed, a daybed and a trundle bed. It features a beadboard bathroom with hexagonal tiles, clawfoot slipper tub and separate shower, cable TV. There is a separate entrance to this room.
$95/night plus tax double occupancy.
$15 per extra person.
Rent the entire facility - Creekside Garden Bed and Breakfast is available for $275/night.
