Country Charm Bed & Breakfast - West, Texas Enjoy your own two-bedroom country cottage nestled in the trees on a working cattle ranch. This is your chance to rest and relax in the privacy of this lovely country setting located 15 miles north of Waco, 5 miles south of West, 20 miles south of Hillsboro. We are conveniently located 1 mile off of I-35. Your peace and privacy are of utmost importance, but your off-site hosts are never more than a phone call away to be sure all of your needs are met. We would like to invite you to be our special guest if you are looking for peace, privacy and pampering.

The ranch operations include a rainbow of cattle, a little of this and a little of that! We have a menagerie of wildlife and birds such as rabbits, possums, armadillos, turkeys, bobcats, coyotes, geese, bluebirds, robins, woodpeckers, scissortail, egrets, wild ducks, dove, hummingbirds on the back porch, and sometimes a road runner, just to name a few.

There is plenty to do in Waco, (up-to-date monthly information is available in the cottage). Savor the Czech food
and shopping in West, or shop till you drop in Hillsboro for antiques or at the outlet mall.

The cottage offers two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed and fireplace. The second cozy bedroom has a full-size bed. The cottage also has a living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen and a full bathroom. A continental breakfast is included, which consists of the famous West Kolaches, sausage and fruit, seasonal nut breads, homemade granola, quiche, a selection of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cider and orange juice are available for you to enjoy in the privacy of your kitchen and at your convenience.

Country Charm is perfect for meetings, bridal & baby showers, for your out-of-town family and guests, or for that special occasion.
