A full gourmet breakfast is served weekdays and weekends in the dramatic red dining room.
You can be served at the antique dining room table for 12 or sit at a private table for two.
Enjoy freshly brewed Costa Rican coffee, hot tea, or various fruit juices accompanied by such house specialties as Green Chile Strata, Creme Brulee French Toast, or Cotton Palace Cream Cheese Bread.
Earlier or later breakfasts can be arranged on request.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Please note our advance reservation and cancellation policy.
We require a deposit in the amount of one night's lodging or 50% (whichever is greater) or credit card number.
Accounts are not charged until guests arrive or in the case of no-shows.
Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.
Cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. Seven days are required if more than one room is reserved.
Your deposit is forfeited if you cancel your reservation with less than 72 hours remaining before the reserved date.
Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation.
You will be charged for your fully reserved stay unless we are able to re-book your accommodations.
Though we normally have a "stand-by" list, it is not always possible for others to make or change plans with little notice, thus any refund will be based solely on our ability to re-book the accommodations.
