Colcord House - Waco, Texas Built in 1924, Colcord House is located in north Waco, just a short five minute drive from the Hot Fairgrounds, Historic Downtown Waco, museums, antique stores, historic homes, Cameron Park, the River Walk, and Cameron Park Zoo.

Colcord House is ten minutes from MCC, Baylor University, Floyd Casey Stadium, and shopping areas. The Waco Airport, Industrial Park and Market Place shopping are fifteen minutes away. The Colcord House is conveniently located in a historic residential neighborhood of Waco... a comfortable home offering a peaceful retreat with private pool and gardens.

Rich colors and dark wood make this turn of the century ranch style room a favorite. King size sleigh bed, sitting area, cable TV-VCR and full bath. An oasis of light, calming colors, soothing florals and Battenburg lace make our largest room inviting. The original master bedroom of the house includes a king size iron bed, dressing room, ample comfortable setting area, cable TV-VCR and full bath. An assortment of textures, floral patterns, and soft colors surround you with comfort in this smaller room with queen bed. 1930's bedroom suite, cable TV and full bath (shower only).
The Carriage House Suite
A 40's style apartment suite, separate from the main house, includes a bedroom with queen size bed, full bath with original clawfoot tub and shower, sitting room with futon for extra sleep space, balcony patio, kitchenette, private phone line, cable TV with VCR, and covered parking. Perfectly suited for wedding nights, anniversaries, business travelers or an extended stay.
