Located just 1¾ miles from River Walk and The Alamo and only steps away from a bus stop to downtown and the North Star Mall. This unique 1914 home rests in the center of the historic district of Monte Vista.

Upon entering the parlor you will be greeted by your host or hostess, and escorted to your suite. The parlor room which contains the main stairwell with a miniature Christmas tree and a fireplace will allow you as our guest a relaxing atmosphere to read or just converse.

The dining room adjacent to the parlor room will be a wonderful affair to experience. Sunny mornings will provide for a memorable breakfast and evening settings will be illuminated by a wonderful chandelier. Continental breakfasts Monday through Friday and full breakfast Saturday and Sunday will be served.

About Your Hosts

Grant and Penny moved to San Antonio, Texas a few years ago from Seattle, Washington. They have fallen in love with the year-round, festive, river city for which San Antonio is traditionally known. Thier love of history is evident in the unique, historical papers and one-of-a-kind items decorating The Christmas House. It was their love of unique, unusual antiques which prompted the dream of owning a bed & breakfast. They offer most everything within the inn for sale.
