Policies
  • Rates reflect Sunday through Thursday per night/ Friday and Saturday per night.
  • We accept children 12 and older.
  • We cannot accept pets.
  • Smoking is limited to exterior areas only.
  • Two night minimum required for event and holiday weekends.
  • Check-in is between 3 and 7 p.m. Later check-in is available by special arrangement.
  • We cannot accommodate early check-in, so please plan your day accordingly.
  • Check-out is by 11 a.m.
  • Lodging reservations are available by phone only, by contacting the Inn at 830-868-2767.
  • Your reservations will be confirmed in writing once your deposit is received.
  • The cancellation policy is 10 days. If you have to cancel 10 or more days from your reserved stay, you will be charged only a $20 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 10 days from the first day of your stay, you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay unless the accommodations can be re-booked.
  • If the accommodations are re-booked, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
