Cat's Meow Bed & Breakfast

• Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, personal checks and money orders accepted)
• After making a reservation, your credit card will immediately be charged 1 nights deposit.
• The balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you make a reservation within the 14 day arrival window, then your card will be charged the full amount.
• If the charges are declined then we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to attempt to get another credit card from you, but if we cannot reach you then your reservation will be cancelled immediately making the dates you booked available to someone else. We will be happy to reinstate your reservation, if those dates are still available, once we have run the charges on a different credit card.
• If you wish to pay by check or money order, you may do so. However, you will need to pay the full amount plus an additional 25% as a damage deposit which will be fully refunded if the property you stayed at is in good order. You may mail the check or money order to arrive no later than 5 business days after making your reservation.
• If you are within our 14 day arrival window, payment is by credit card only.
• Cancellations made outside of our 14 day arrival window. All funds paid to that date will be refunded minus a $20 re-booking fee.
• Cancellations made within our 14 day arrival window. You are responsible for the total amount of your stay .However, you are not responsible for the dates that we can re-book , only a $20 re-booking fee. A refund will be given accordingly.
• No-shows are ALWAYS charged for the complete stay, no exceptions.
• We email you a confirmation giving you explicit directions on how to find us. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive this email and to bring a copy with you. We always send emails but we have no way of knowing if you receive them.
• Not being able to find our Bed & Breakfast is NOT a valid reason for cancellation.
• PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE HAVE ANIMALS ON OUR PROPERTY. If you are allergic to animals, book one of our B&B's and then cancel due to the fact that you are allergic to animals, you will be charged the full amount. No exceptions.
• Check in 3 pm or any time thereafter
• Check out by 11 am
• The above times are strictly adhered to so that housekeeping can get accommodations clean and ready on time for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge half a nights stay for late departures as we may not be able to get the lodging clean in time for the next guests and we will need to offer them a discount as compensation. Basically you are paying their discount.
• You are emailed (or mailed if you do not have email) a confirmation giving you details of your reservation, contact info, directions, check in arrangements etc. etc. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct dates, property, number of people etc. and to bring the confirmation with you or make notes of any pertinent info that you will need. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of your booking (we send emails but we have no way of knowing if you receive them) it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know. Failure to find any of our properties, after giving you a physical address and directions, is not a valid reason to deny charges.
• Smoking is not permitted inside our properties - you are only allowed to smoke outside. Kindly leave your cigarette butts OUTSIDE. Failure to comply with our SMOKING POLICY will result in an immediate $250 fine on your credit card.
• Damages: We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any excessive cleaning or damages done to our property.
• Pets and children are not permitted at any of our Bed & Breakfasts except Cat's Cradle where 1 small pet is permitted. Your pet needs to be crated in your absence and on a leash outside and under your control at all times. You are responsible for any and all damages done by your pet.
