Our guest rooms at 1110 Carriage House Inn are furnished with dramatic wooden king or queen-size beds, private bathrooms, hardwood floors, wonderful windows, cable television, and telephones. All local telephone calls are free. Many of the rooms have their own private entrance from the outside, kitchen, and deck. Our bed and breakfast accommodations are designed to provide as much allergy relief as possible.

• Rates are $100 to $250 plus tax per night. Prices are for two people and include breakfast.
  
• A credit card is required to reserve a room. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted.
  
• Holidays and football weekends require a two night minimum stay.
  
• Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Check-out is 11 am Monday through Friday, and 11:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. Special arrangements for late arrivals are required.
  
• Carriage House Inn provides a non-smoking environment.
  
• There are no accommodations for pets.
  
• Limited accommodations are available for children during the week only.
  
• Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
