Camp David is one of the only Traditional Bed and Breakfasts in Fredericksburg that offers the privacy of your own cottage along with a full gourmet breakfast served to your door each morning. The cottages and Pecan Suite (main house) have English Country décor and are furnished with European and American antiques. Most units have king-sized beds, fully equipped kitchens, extra large whirlpool tubs with showers, gas log fireplaces, cable TV and private telephones, DVD players in each room. Internet connection is available in each cottage.

Located conveniently on far west Main Street, Camp David offers a charming collection of five cottages behind the main house. Front porches lined with rockers and bistro tables invite you to relax and enjoy the breezes from the pecan tree shaded courtyard. And as with the original "Camp David", all cottages are named for local trees.

Here in Fredericksburg, we host festivals and activities almost every weekend of the year. There are concerts, wildflower fests, wine fests, peach fests, Oktoberfest, Schuetzenfest, Harvest Wine Trail…to name only a few. Come enjoy the Fredericksburg Herb Farm or visit the Wildseed Farm.

We also boast several award-winning wineries where you can visit, sample and learn a bit about the art of winemaking. Shop for antiques and other interesting finds on Main Street, browse through history at the Nimitz Museum and the National Museum of the Pacific War, bike through the hills, climb Enchanted Rock, dine at a variety of restaurants or just relax.
