Cancellation and other Policies
  • Any cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of your arrival will only be charged a $25 rebooking fee. No exceptions.
  • If you cancel your reservation fewer than 10 days before arrival or if you fail to arrive altogether, you will be charged the full amount of your stay unless someone else rents the room for the night(s) you have reserved it (in which case you will only be charged the $25 rebooking fee).
  • Rates quoted are for single/double occupancy including breakfast. Applicable taxes will be added to the rates quoted.
  • Additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $25 per person per night at both Buffalo Creek Cottages.
  • No Smoking and No pets.
  • Children over 12 are allowed.
  • A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if you smoke inside the room.
  • Check-in: 3 PM and Check-out: 11 AM.
  • Two Night Minimum Stay
