There are three distinct accommodations to choose from. The Cabin Room has 2 twin beds and private bath for $99 per night. The Western Room has a queen-size bed and is $99 per night. The Western Room and the Cabin Room may be combined to accommodate 4 in the Western Suite for $175 per night. This downtown historical house was the original property of August Dienger, built in 1912. The August House is one of the longest running bed and breakfasts in Boerne. With its unique combination of private rooms and baths, and the Garden House, this bed and breakfast is a perfect getaway for two or can accommodate 6 adults in the 3 private rooms. One block to Main Street for shopping and dining. You will find this B&B truly a delight. Your stay includes juice, coffee, tea, snacks and coupons for the local bakery. Rustic and Cozy this 1000 square foot cabin sits on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country on 17 acres. The great room features a log timber ceiling and a picture window to enjoy the abundant wildlife. The 2 bedroom cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite TV, DSL Internet Access, front and rear porches, and a spacious bathroom. Pets are also welcomed, with two large dog runs for their enjoyment with an extra fee of $35. Spa treatments are available upon request. Located 3 minutes from downtown Boerne and close to IH 10. |

Crescent Quarters is a unique mix of cultural influences in the heart of historic downtown Boerne. Our second floor balcony replicates a French Quarter panorama that includes New Orleans Gas Lanterns and 100 year-old brick façade. Inside, our eleven rooms are designed to take you other places in the world. Each has a different setting, from Asian to Texas Hill Country to the Mardi Gras Suite overlooking charming Main Street. "New-old" rustic cypress cabin located on a private ranch in Boerne. Enjoy the peace, quiet and craftsmanship offered by this one-of-a-kind cabin. Silk Stocking Suite: This first floor suite has been decorated with many antiques. It features one bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed in the living area, bath and a fully-equipped kitchen to allow guests to prepare meals and snacks. Only one block from the shopping district of downtown Boerne. Can sleep up to 6, kids welcomed, no pets. $135 per night for the suite double occupancy. $15 per extra guest. Lone Star Loft: Upstairs has a western theme. It sleeps two with a trundle bed and has a sitting area, full bath and mini kitchen. The loft has a separate outside entrance so the two suites can be rented together or separately. $99 per night for just the loft. $195 for both suite and loft, kids welcomed, no pets. |

Located just 20 miles north of San Antonio and 100 miles west of Austin in the Texas Hill Country this lovely property overlooks the natural bluffs carved out by Cibolo Creek, and backs up to a nature conservatory. We offer day retreat space for meetings and workshops and overnight accommodations. Two kitchens are available for your use or we can provide meals. The space began as two houses, one being built in the 1940’s. The charm of the era remains with a period kitchen and a claw foot tub in one bath. This section sleeps 12 and is connected to the newer wing with a large dining room, covered porch and deck. A large conference room with open kitchen and attached sunken living room, bedroom and bath make up the newer west wing. This is an ideal venue for small groups to hold meetings, workshops or overnights retreats. You may bring your own organized retreat or we can personalize your retreat for you. We do offer day spa treatments. The 1500 square foot deck and large covered porch gives you a perfect opportunity to just sit and relax, read, sketch, or watch the assorted wildlife. The Boerne City Lake in Boerne TX is within walking distance most times of the year. A mineral springs pool, and hot tub add to the outdoor experience. |

Ranch House: Located only 10 minutes from Boerne Texas and 45 minutes from San Antonio, this 2200 sq ft, two bedroom, two bath home is located on 35 beautiful acres. The Rock’n B can accommodate up to 8 guests with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, and two pull-out couches. A crystal clear spring fed stream runs through the property offering great swimming and fishing (catch and release only please). The home is located on top of a hill offering fantastic views from two spacious decks. White-tailed deer, axis deer, hawks, and rabbits are just a few of the native Texas wildlife you will see at the Rock'n B Ranch. The Ranch House is $250 per night, $15 each additional person. The Ranch house is also available for extended stays for $1500 per week and $3500 per month. |
