    Policies
    • We require a two night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night stay on some holiday weekends.
    • One-night stays are available Sunday through Thursday.
    • We charge a deposit equal to one night's lodging, plus 6% hotel tax, at the time the reservations is made.
    • Cancellation: A $50 fee is charged for al cancellations made 30 days prior to the day of arrival.
    • Balance will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card account.
    • When there is a need to cancel within 30 days of the arrival date, we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for the entire amount of your stay, so you may rebook for a different time.
    • All other services and fees will be payable at the time of check out.
    • Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation.
    • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and a gift certificate will be issued for the remaining amount of the stay.
    • No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.
    • We gladly accept children over 14 years of age.
    • Blair House is a non-smoking property.
    • No pets, please.
