The Birdhouse Bed & Breakfast was built in the summer and fall of 1995. Special measures were taken during construction to make each guest room as comfortable and quiet as possible. The exterior and interior walls are insulated and the heat/air ducts are isolated to each room to insure sound will not travel from one room to another.

Teddy Jackson's Cheese Eggs

Spray muffin tins with Pam or similar product. Put a little grated cheese in each tin, John uses Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese.

Break an egg in a cup, add 1 tablespoon half&half. You can whip the egg in the cup or leave it whole. Pour the mixture over the cheese. You can add bacon bits or other ingredients at this step or skip it.

Sprinkle a little more cheese and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. The first time Teddy had cheese eggs they were baked and served in sea shells. She passed the recipe on to us and now we are passing it on to you.
