Do you need to accommodate from 1 to 21 people just two blocks from Main Street Boerne? We can accommodate you. Enjoy a cozy stay at our 7 bedroom/4.5 bathroom, 3550 square foot, Guest cottage. Conveniently located just two blocks from Boerne's Main Street shopping/dining district, and 1/2 a block from Cibolo Creek in downtown Boerne in the beautiful Texas Hill Country!

Amenities include Wireless Internet, complimentary continental breakfast featuring breads, turnovers, fruits, cereals, tea, juice, and milk, access to the fully-equipped kitchen, VHS/DVD library, 3 Large Gathering Areas, and a seven person outdoor spa. All guest rooms have a mini-fridge, cable TV with DVD, CD player, and coffee maker. Most have ambiance fireplaces (with or without heat).

Charity's Room $85/night Charity's room consists of one queen size bed, bathroom with large shower. This room can be rented with the Travis Room ($170/night for both).
The Travis Room $95/night The Travis Room consists of two twin beds and a bathroom with large shower. This room can be rented with charity's room at $170 for both.
The Hunter Room $105/night The Hunter Room consists of one king size bed, oversized reading chair, private entrance, bath ensuite with shower.
The Garden Suite $110/night The Garden Suite has one king size bed, bath ensuite with claw foot tub and separate shower.
The Princess Room $100/night The Princess Room consists of one queen size bed, one daybed with trundle, bathroom with shower bath combo, (sleeps up to four, two adults, two children). This room can be rented with the Maverick Room for $200/night (sleeps 11/12 total), or the entire top floor, which includes the Toile Room for $300/night (will sleep 13/14 total upstairs).
The Toile Room $100/night The Toile Room consists of one queen size bed, sitting area with loveseat, bathroom with shower bath combo. Sleeps two adults or fold-away can be added for an additional $15/night. This room can be rented with the Maverick Room or the entire top floor (see above for rate).
The Maverick Room $110/night The Maverick Room consists of two twin beds, and three daybeds w/trundles beneath (sleeps 5/7), or a roll-away can be added for an additional $15/night. Also includes a bathroom with shower bath combo. This room can be rented with the Princess Room or the Toile Room (see above for rates).
