B Bar Ranch Retreat

The B Bar Ranch Retreat, a newly restored, 1900 historic 2 story ranch house with western décor, is located on a 200 acre working ranch with sheep and cattle. The Ranch is excellent for retreats, meetings, reunions, offering secluded and quiet country comfort, a relaxing refuge from the outside world. Relax on the wrap around porch and enjoy the view of large pecan trees and live oaks. The ranch is ideal for wildlife photography including deer, hummingbirds, martins, turkey and the livestock that live on the property.

4 bedrooms upstairs - 4 double beds - 4 single beds
2 bedrooms downstairs each with queen-size beds
2 bathrooms downstairs with tub and shower
In room linens are provided in each bedroom
Towels are provided in the 2 bathrooms
2 living rooms, 1 with fireplace
Dining room with fireplace
In house tables will seat 16 guests
2 barbecue barrels
Telephone and local television are available

• No smoking, no pets, no children under 18.
• No firearms, fireworks, ATV's or 4 wheelers are permitted.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• All guests must make reservations before arriving.
• Check in is between 12 and 5 pm.
• All guests must sign a release of liability form upon arrival at the ranch.
• A deposit of 1 night lodging is required to guarantee reservations.
• Deposits and payments can be made to B Bar Ranch Retreat LLC by cashier's check or cash.
• Cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will be charged a 1 night deposit but may apply it to a later stay within 6 months.
• No shows forfeit their deposit.
