Policies

All credit cards are run ten days (10 days ) before check-in date for the total amount due.
If you cancel the reservation you recently made ten days (10 days) or more before check-in, your credit card will be charged $35 per unit.
A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made if you cancel ten days (10 days) or less before the arrival date of your confirmed reservation.
If we are able to rebook your entire reservation, your credit card will be billed $35.
Any loss or damage incurred to the property during your stay will be billed at owner's discretion.
Pets and children under 12 are not allowed.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any room. A $100 surcharge will be charged for guest smoking in any room.
We serve breakfast at 9 am weekends and holidays. Coffee is served in the dining room at 7:30 am on those days.
