• All credit cards are run ten days (10 days ) before check-in date for the total amount due.
• If you cancel the reservation you recently made ten days (10 days) or more before check-in, your credit card will be charged $35 per unit.
• A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made if you cancel ten days (10 days) or less before the arrival date of your confirmed reservation.
• If we are able to rebook your entire reservation, your credit card will be billed $35.
• Any loss or damage incurred to the property during your stay will be billed at owner's discretion.
• Pets and children under 12 are not allowed.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in any room. A $100 surcharge will be charged for guest smoking in any room.
• We serve breakfast at 9 am weekends and holidays. Coffee is served in the dining room at 7:30 am on those days.
