“Intimate Memories” Wedding Package #2

For the couple desiring intimate memories with a few close family members and friends. After repeating their vows before the Justice of the Peace, they share their lovely wedding cake and a toast to each other with their guests.

• Wedding Couple and up to Eight Wedding Guests, Maximum 10
  
• (Any extras are charged $8/person + tax)

• A minimum of one room must be rented.

Bring romantic elegance to your wedding with flickering candlelight during the repeating of your vows and fresh flowers decorating your wedding cake that is served on fine china with glimmering gold tableware. Memories made with up to 20 of your closest loved ones.

For 21 or more Guests, Maximum 75, $10/person + Tax It's your day! Let us help you create the wedding of your dreams through your Individual choices. Go from sophisticated to elegant, simple to "Texas Chic!" Your creativity & selections determine the cost.

The "Ultimate Wedding" Package Includes:
$10/guest + tax for each attending Wedding Guest
Age 5 or above. Minimum guarantee charged
Consulting Time with Bride
Wedding Set-up, Coordination and Clean Up
One-hour Rehearsal Time
Four Hours Wedding Celebration Time
($100/hour Each additional hour)
Garden Gazebo or English Garden Front Yard Wedding
White Wedding Chairs
Wedding March CD, if desired
White Tablecloths on three (3)-6' Tables under covered
Outdoor area; one (1) table for wedding gifts
Use of B&B's cake serving knife & spatula*

Morning Weddings Require minimum Rental of one B&B Room as Changing Room for Bride and Attendants.
Any Wedding after 2 PM Requires Minimum of Two Main House.
Guest Bedrooms; or rental of the Guest House, or the Country Cottage.
25% Non-Refundable Deposit by Check of Estimated Wedding Total Due at time of Confirmation by.
5% Refundable Clean-up/Damage Deposit Due at time of Confirmation & Applied toward Balance.
Final Payment for Wedding, Rooms and accompanying Expenses may be paid by Credit Card or Cash at the time of Wedding, or finalized by check three weeks prior to Wedding.

Minimum guarantee required
We are not licensed for liquor, beer or wine and cannot serve or handle it in any way. The Wedding Hosts may serve limited beer, wine or champagne but must assume full responsibility for guests attending their wedding. No kegs or margarita machines may be used at Alexander Bed and Breakfast Acres.
