Tip #51 - Prevent Getting Sick Abroad. Get Your Vaccinations.

No matter where you're going, it's always a good idea to be up to date on your immunizations and vaccinations.  If you haven't had a Tetanus shot in the past 10 years then this is the time to do it.  If you're leaving familiar territory, talk to a travel doctor or check out the Centers for Disease Control's website for current information on immunizations or medications you may need in the area you're visiting.
