Tip #48 - Healthy Tripping
If you're watching your weight, resist the temptation to throw your diet out the window while on vacation but also keep in mind that you still want to enjoy yourself. Don't beat yourself up over every item of food you eat but try to keep the splurges to a minimum, that way you won't come back from your trip feeling fat and guilty. Also, consider building exercise into your schedule and make it fun by seeing what's available locally--maybe a beachside yoga session or salsa dancing class. See this as a way to keep your weight in check but also to experience something new and different.
