The magnificent, rugged Cumberland Plateau is a haven for hikers, horse back riders, white water rafters, wild flower enthusiasts, photographers, rock climbers and generally anyone who loves nature and the big outdoors. Wildwood Lodge is surrounded by Big South Fork National Park and Pickett State Park, close to Dale Hollow Lake and Jamestown. A beautiful rural area, typical of East Tennessee - probably more horses than people!

Wildwood Lodge Bed & Breakfast, Stables and Cabins - Jamestown, Tennessee

The Lodge English owned and operated, Wildwood's 10 bedrooms, with private bathrooms are all individually decorated with wood and lots of lavish fabrics for comfort. You don't go through our home to get to your room, so you can come and go as you please. Huge, country, cooked breakfasts as well as lively conversations get you off to a good start each day. In winter, curl up in front of the large fire-place in the cozy sitting room with a book from the library: loads of books on the area and its wild life and flora, magazines and novels. A room for 2, including a full, cooked, country breakfast is $85-95. Suppers are served when the local restaurant is closed. Reservations are essential at least 7 days in advance. The Cabins If you are more than 2, a cabin is a cheaper option. We have 4 cabins sleeping from 2 to 10. They are recent with all the amenities for comfort. Barbecue and eat out on the deck overlooking the pastures and woods. The cabins are close (but not too close!) to the stables. Click on our web page below for cabin prices. The Stables Our 26 new, all wood, 12'*10' horse stables were designed to make caring for your horse a pleasure. You can ride out to Big South Fork or trailer to 2 other trailheads within 2 miles to add to the variety. The Grounds With 27 acres of woodland, there are loads of winding, shaded, wild flower trails between the lodge and the stables/cabins. There is a profusion of flowers in hanging baskets and planters at the Lodge and lots of gardens, flowering shrubs and manicured lawns at the Stables and Cabins.
