Twin Valley Horse Ranch is located three miles off U.S. 321 between Maryville and Walland.

From the West (Nashville) Exit I-40 at Exit #364 onto 321N.
From the South (Chattanooga) Exit I-75 at Exit #81 onto 321N.
From the North (Kentucky) Exit I-75 on I-640 West to I-40 East to U.S. 129S. (Alcoa Highway) stay on 129 past Knoxville Airport until you reach 321 N.

• Go through Maryville to Walland. Staying on 321 N.
  
• Just past motorcycle shops turn left onto Melrose Station Road (mile marker #20). If you come to the Foothills Parkway you have gone too far.
  
• After crossing a 2-lane bridge turn left at the end of Melrose Station Road.
  
• Turn right on Cold Spring Road. Go approx. 1.5 miles.
  
• At the 'Y' bear to the left at yield.
  
• At end of road turn right. Shortly you will see our black wood fence on left. Enter at the red gate at the main entrance. Please shut the gate behind you. Follow drive past cabins to barn and trading post area. Often we will be there to check you in. If not, continue to main lodge by making a sharp left turn to top of mountain! (Follow signs).
  

From the East (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, North Carolina)

• From Pigeon Forge head to the west onto 321S (Wears Valley Road).
  
• Travel approximately 15 miles to Townsend.
  
• Turn right (this is still 321) towards Maryville.
  
• Just past the Fire Station on the right turn right onto Melrose Station Road (mile marker #20).
  
• Follow above directions.
