For just 2 (Bride & Groom) up to 70 indoor seated guests and 100 tented courtyard guests. The parking is off street. Please call 615-228-3868 for a tour appointment.

  • use of Steinway Baby Grand piano
  • house greenery and 2 white silk flower arrangements
  • one indoor 6ft. table & white cloth
  • two 2 ft. tables
  • off street 90 parking spaces
  • wedding punch served indoors in antique glass punch bowl with glass punch cups
  • Professional Wedding Director for complete Wedding Day Plan & management at wedding and if requested Chaplin to conduct ceremony (rehearsal not included)
  • 35 x 60 tented Courtyard with tables & chairs for reception is optional and additional

Weddings

  1. Small Wedding Only - 2 - 20 people, 3 hours rental time, $800 - overnight guest rooms optional & additional, tax not included
  2. Wedding Only - 2 - 75 people, 5 hours rental time, $2000 - overnight guest rooms optional & additional, tax not included
  3. Wedding & Reception - 2 - 75 people, 7 hours rental time, $2500 - overnight guest rooms optional & additional, tax not included
  4. Wedding & Reception - 2 - 100 people, 7 hours rental time, $2900 - overnight guest rooms optional & additional, tax not included
  5. Elope 15 minutes - Bride & Groom and one witness only, 15 minutes total time, $164 tax included- overnight guest rooms optional & additional
  6. Elope 1 hour & 8 guests - Bride & Groom and up to 8 guests, 1 hour total time, $350 tax included- overnight guest rooms optional & additional

    Catering is priced separately - ask for menus to be emailed to you Alcohol is allowed- you can purchase your own and all alcohol must be served by am ABC Licensed Bartender.
