The Library offers, antiques, an extra tall King Size Four Poster bed,
goose-down stuffed velvet couch, a closet full of books, plush bathrobes,
dedicated bath/shower & ½ bath, chandelier, working fireplace, in-room
refrigerator and private outside entrance for this 14 x 17 ft. room.
Rate: $160 ~ For 1 - 2 guests (max 3) (3rd guest $20)
The Rose Room
The Rose Room shares the Master Room's bath & toilet and is only available
in conjunction with your Master Room rental. A spacious room with an
elegant antique mirrored vanity dressing table, fireplace, full/double four
post bed and antique love seat and more providing an elegant room for your
additional over night guests or brides.

Mr. Greens Cottage
Walk down the side garden path to a separate 700 sq. ft. Cottage that offers privacy, a queen feather bed, full/double bed, TV, sitting area with day bed, kitchenette, private bath, ceiling fan and balcony with courtyard view.
Rate: $160 ~ For 1 - 4 guests (max 6)
($20 ea. for 5th & 6th person)

- Advance deposit of one half (1/2) lodging total required at time of
reservation.
- Fourteen day cancellation notice required for refund of deposit. $50
cancellation fee. Deposit refund ONLY when room is rented.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
- Check-in time is: 4:00 - 6:00 pm Central Time (unless otherwise
arranged and confirmed with Inn Keeper), Check-out: by 11:00 am.
