Weddings
The Timothy Demonbreun House is Nashville, Tennessee's only complete private wedding and reception venue. As a Bed and Breakfast, the bride and groom and their guests can enjoy the convenience of having the ceremony, reception and overnight accommodations at the same location. They may even plan the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on-site as well. Our barbeques and luau's are perfect informal and inexpensive dinners. Of course, we can also provide a fabulous formal sit-down plated dinner if you so desire.
This gorgeous mansion is the perfect location for a Southern-style, outdoor, front-lawn wedding where 100 guests may be seated. The interior of the House, pool area, breezeway, antique Carriage House bar provide spacious surroundings for receptions large or small. Ceremonies are held inside the mansion for up to 100 guests. With affordable, outstanding on-site catering services and all alcoholic beverages being made available at cost, The Timothy Demonbreun House provides the bride and groom with outstanding value at an exceptional price.
We only host one event per day to enhance the enjoyment of our guests.
Saturday rental is priced at $2,500, and Friday or Sunday rental is priced at $2,000, plus tax at 9.25%.
Weekday rental rates are available upon request.
This price includes: tables, chairs, linens, setup period beginning at 1 p.m., a 4-hour event period and clean up.
We are located in the Woodlands-in-Waverly Historic District and required by the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) to impose a 11 p.m. curfew on all events.
Catering services are additional and priced per person based upon menu selected.
All catering charges are subject to sales tax at 9.25% and 18% gratuity.
