Shared Secrets of the Smoky Mountain B&B's
The Smoky Mountain Bed and Breakfast Association came into being to ensure its member inns offer the most comfortable and memorable lodging experience available in the Smokies.

The association has met regularly since its inception in its effort to raise the bed and breakfast experience to a higher level. Invariably, food has played a vital role during the course of any discussions, planning and networking. Food is, as it is among many of our guests, a frequent topic of discussion, particulary, our favorite foods. It is in this vein we have attempted to assemble the most frequently prepared, the most frequently requested, and the most frequently eaten foods of the Association's inns.
