McKinney's fine dining is located in the inn which is open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner and a brunch on Sunday.

The home is located on a four-acre, wooded estate in historic downtown Greeneville. The Inn is close to museums, the Cherokee National Forest, hiking, fishing, rafting, and antiquing.
