Holiday Special Autumn to New Years (10/01/2009 thru 12/31/2009)
Decorated for each season in Pinhook Style, every room reflects the beauty of this plantation home. The scenery all around gives beautiful views for each special time of year.
October and early November Special is $89 per night with a bountiful breakfast and each suite has TV and mini fridge. Autumn is in the air on the hill and the leaves are great to view reflecting in the surrounding ponds and Hiwassee River. Late November through New Years gives you all the wonderful decorations and aromas of the Holiday Season. Suites start at $89 per night plus tax.

Wedding/ Anniversary Special
Wedding plans start at 2-8 guests start at $400. Larger packages include minister, flowers, photographer, champagne toast, guest gifts, and cake start at $850.

Our beautiful suites give you all the privacy and romantic atmosphere you could ask for...Flowers and beverages, a bottomless cookie jar and wine(or sparkling beverage)basket filled with cheese and goodies await you. We are a small bed and breakfast, so you can be alone together...or visit our many area attractions. Bride and Groom and their guests will receive 10%per night discount off room rate special.
Diner for two with beverage and dessert start at $45 per couple...advance notice, please.

Anniversary & Honeymoon Package special is discounted for a two night stay to $115 per night...and we can arrange dinner reservations and one of our really unique area restaurants.

February is Romance Month (02/01/2010 thru 02/28/2010)
Spend some very special time with your "sweetheart" in our spacious suites. Our special including flowers, wine snd cheese basket and a bottomless cookie jar...our two night package is $260 and dinner can be included for $45 per night...Our very unique suites include luxurious linens, fluffy robes and fridge. These suites have been a place for romance for 200 years. A duel was fought here long ago, for the love of a woman...romance is still in the air.

Our Special Whitewater Rafting Package will give you the opportunity to spend some time and enjoy the beautiful East Tennessee beautiful views of the Cherokee National Forest and Hiwassee River...A bounitful Breakfast... Beautiful and Luxurious Suites...Lots to do...Lots of Whitewater Rafting...Lots to see...Lots of Antiquing...Near Area Attractions...A 10% discount for Three or more nights...Regular $89/night plus applicable taxes.
