The Elsie B. Suite
is a perfect place to enjoy the fire from the nearly 200-year-old fireplace (with gas logs). The queen-sized bed has soft cotton linens, a featherbed, quilts and more quilts. Antiques and collectibles decorate the suite. Look through the lace curtains to view the Hiwassee River and the pond that reflects the red sunsets. Let us pamper you with our Egyptian-cotton towels and specialty toiletries.

The Helen Suite
with king-sized bed, is spacious and beautifully decorated. Luxurious linens and hand-made quilts are featured with velvet duvet making this suite inviting and comfortable. Standing by the gas log, hand-made brick fireplace, you may wonder who stood and warmed themselves there so many years ago. The large private bath features a large shower, and the vanity and mirror are made from an antique dresser.

Each room offers views of the mountains, the Hiwassee River, and ponds, and is just a few steps away from the balcony off the upper foyer. The rooms feature TV/VCR, robes, hair dryers, alarm clocks, irons, and ironing boards for your convenience.

New Dairy Parlor Guesthouse
You can see the horses, pond and pastures from your windows. This brand new suite designed in the old Dairy Parlor for the plantation has a king size bed with an oversized bath. There is a separate room with kitchen and seating area with a daybed and trundle for extra guests. Very private, the Guesthouse sits at the bottom of the hill below the main house. Please call for pricing for extended stays.

Rates, Policies, and Information

  • $95 to $125 per night
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights on holiday weekends.
  • Special Anniversary, Honeymoon and Elopement package pricing includes wine and cheese basket.
  • Full breakfast, with coffee at your door for early risers.
  • Ask about pricing on our picnic lunch and candle light dinner specials. Advance notice, please.
  • Check-in: 4 to 6 p.m. Since this is our home as well, we cannot leave a key for late entry into the main house. Please make arrangements for late arrival.
  • We ask that all reservations be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night's stay.
  • Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
  • A ten-day cancellation notice is required.
  • Refunds for cancellations will only be given if we rebook the Suite.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, Traveler's Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
