Scrapbooking Retreat (4/7/2008 thru 10/1/2008)
Imagine the serenity of the historic inn sitting on the banks of the famous French Broad River. Enjoy catered lunch and dinners on the beautiful porches. Enjoy the no interuption opportunity to scrap book with your friends in an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The reteats will be designed for your special needs. We also provide a wheelchair accessible guest house for those with special needs. This is the chance to create special memories while you immortalize your special memories in your scrap book creation. Call for special rates and design your scrap book retreat to suit your needs. We do require a 3 day minimum stay.

Farm Vacation Package (4/7/2008 thru 10/1/2008)
Experience life on a farm. Rise with the rooster and learn how to tend the farm. Muck the stalls, feed the stock, water the animals, put up the hay, pick the fruit, work the gardens, tend the trees and get back to your roots! Reconnect with nature. Work until you drop and tell stories around the campfire. During the heat of the day, sneak off to a hammock and truly enjoy a nap under the trees.

Extended Stay Specials (4/7/2008 thru 12/31/2008)
Persephone's Farm Retreat offers opportunities for families to enjoy extended stays on the farm. Help with the chores, fish the banks of the river, grill your fish on the outdoor cooker and relax on the large porches around the Inn. If staying in the cabins, sit on the porches to watch the tranquil flow of the river and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the river.

Family Packages for family reunions (4/7/2008 thru 12/31/2008)
Persephone's Farm Retreat offers the opportunity for extended families to enjoy the entire estate. Special discounted pricing packages are offered depending on number of days of stay, number of rooms and cabins needed, and meals and special services provided. Ideal for weddings and special events and occasions. We can also arrange for package pricing including Dollywood tickets, theater tickets, and acquarium tickets. We can arrange your entire vacation package, just let us know what your family enjoys and let us do the work. When you arrive at Persephone's Farm Retreat your vacation is planned for you. All you have to do is enjoy!!

Active Military/Veterans Discount - 15% discount (4/7/2008 thru 12/31/2008)

Frequent Guest Program (4/7/2008 thru 12/31/2008)
We enjoy our guests who return to the farm. We offer a 10% discount to any returning guests. For those who enjoy returning several times a year, we offer an additional 10% discount. Guests returning multiple times in one year will be given a 20% discount on every other visit after the first visit during that same year. 2 day minimum per visit.

Valentine's Special
Includes full breakfast each morning at a time convenient to guests...those in cottages ....it is delivered to the cottage; basket of gifts...lady oriented...., box of chocolates, bouquet of flowers, and 2 tickets to area attraction. Rate: $135 per night.
