Our modern, dedicated conference room comfortably accomodates 30 in classroom style or 20 in a conference arrangement. The conference room was remodeled and modernized in November of 2002. The conference room is equiped with DSL high speed internet, dial-up internet, phone and cable TV services, projector, projection screen and flipcharts to best facilate your meeting. Extremely quiet heating and cooling with accurate controls provide the comfort levels you need to better focus on the meeting. All of the guest rooms have data port connections and private baths. Our dining room not only provides a beautiful breakfast setting but is also available for catered lunches, dinners and other social events. Our 1200 square foot living room is perfect for breakout sessions as well as after hour social gatherings. The owners have more than 25 years experience in planning and conducting corporate and social meetings and take care of even the smallest details.Family and school reunions The Monteagle Inn provides the most elegant and comfortable setting on the mountain for your private reunion or gathering. You can have the "run of the house" relaxing and catching up with those you care about and enjoy. The 1200 square foot living room is divided into intimate cluster areas to facilite reading, enjoying the fire, playing numerous games, watching TV, relaxing or sharing with special friends or family. Wedding dinner, reception and brunch functions The Monteagle Inn provides the most elegant and beautiful setting on the mountain for your special wedding weekend. We host after rehearsals, bride's maid luncheons, receptions, brunches in our dinning room, spacious patio or side yard. We can accommodate your small intimate functions with flair as well as your big blow-outs. With tenting we can accommodate up to 350 people. We know how to take care of all of the details and reduce your stress and worries. We work with your wedding coordinator, caterer, florist, musician and wedding party to male sure that your wedding weekend is perfect.
