The Penthouse Suite: (#40) Occupies the top floor of the Inn alone. Red carpeted
steps lead to the actual suite. In the sleeping quarters is a King size iron feather bed with a wall to wall window
along side of it which leads to a private sun deck that overlooks the Tennessee river and the Henley
Street Bridge. Opposite from the sleeping quarters is the sitting room furnished with two leather
wing-back chairs, a sofa, and an antique mahogany desk. Separate from the suite is the vanity area
with the powder room on the left and a two person Jacuzzi on the right under a sunlight window.
Anniversary Suite: (#31) Surprise that special someone when reserving this room by
walking up to a two person Jacuzzi, surrounded by the candlelight reflections on every mirror. To the
left through a doorway, the bedroom is highlighted with an angel-ring rod-iron king feather canopy bed.

Mini King Suites: (#23 & 30) Two rooms. Both have king canopy beds. One was
the original living room of this Inn, original large windows with their dark wood overlook the downtown
skyline and the river, original fireplace (non-operational), pocket door lead to the private bathroom.
Sitting area and an antique mahogany desk. The second mini suite features a feather bed, sitting area,
antique round oak work/dining table, sunken marble tub and ornate tray ceiling trimmed with decorative
crown moldings. Through the arched windows, enjoy the view on to one of Knoxville’s most
distinquished historical architectures and the sunsphere.
5 Standard King Rooms: (#11,20,22,24,33) Each is decorated entirely different than
the others. Most with different style rod iron canopy bed, relaxed motifs, and antique well lighted desks
or work areas when needed, sunken bathtubs, roman marble tubs, or standard bathrooms.
3 Standard Rooms With Two Double Beds In Each: (#25, 24, 35) Because we want to
be sure your experience at our small Inn is the most comfortable travel experience, we offer these rooms
for the comfort of everyone in your party.
3 Petite Rooms: (#10, 21, 32) The space limitaion did not limit these rooms from being
cozy and quaint rooms with every thing that’s offered in the larger rooms. One double in each.
The Dining Rooms: Located on the lowest level of the Inn using a unique spiral stairs.
These common rooms where guests meet and gather for a social breakfast experience to remember.
