Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast Luxury Inn

Located in the heart of Clarksville, this historic residence is one of the last of its kind, having been built in the early 1940's by tobacco businessman Kendrick Rudolph. It features a variety of hardwoods throughout in arched doorways, crown molding, wainscoting, hand-carved cherry wood china cabinet, and floors. There is an exquisite wrought iron staircase leading to the second floor, as well as a sloped copper awning over the side porch.

The proprietors have lived in the Georgian-style home since 1975, preserving its beauty with renovations, traditional furnishings, oriental rugs and original artwork collected from years of travel. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy our gazebo and hammock.

Magnolia House also offers conference room facilities for small meetings or depositions at no cost to our guests. We welcome businessmen and women. There is wireless Internet throughout, fax and copy services, in addition to video conferencing. Let us be your home/office while you are away.
