| How to Find Us |
From I-65 take Highway 96 to Downtown Franklin. Go around the Monument at the Town Square to Main Street. At the second red light, veer to the left, which is Columbia Avenue (Hwy. 31).
From Fairview go to Highway 96, heading East toward Franklin go to Highway 431 and turn right. Go 2 traffic lights, at the intersection at Main St. veer to the right which is Hwy. 31 (Columbia Avenue). Go approximately 3/4 mile past that Carter House, to the Magnolia House Bed & Breakfast. Look for the huge Magnolia tree in the front yard.
