The Blue Room, decorated with a William Morris bird wallpaper, is furnished with a 110 year old brass bed that has been converted to queen-size and an Eastlake dresser made in Columbia. The two upholstered rockers are perfect for enjoying morning coffee. This room has access to the upstairs front porch. |

The Rose Room is decorated with a pink floral wallpaper. The room has an antique oak bed which has been converted to queensize, and also a twin bed. Of particular interest is a beaded handbag belonging to Beverly's grandmother. It is framed over the non-working fireplace. Upholstered rockers, one dating to 1906 invite relaxation. |

Named for the owners of Locust Hill from 1901 to 1976, the Murphy Suite is furnished with an impressive armoire, Beverly's grandmother's bedroom suite, and two matching mahogany rockers in front of the non-working fireplace. The separate sitting room has a double bed and Beverly's mother's antique wicker furniture. |
