This lovely cottage, located 15 feet from the main house, was originally the smokehouse and is named for the builder of Locust Hill. A gas fireplace can be enjoyed from the two upholstered rockers. The cottage also includes a television set. |

The upstairs bedroom has two skylights and clouds painted on the ceiling. The handmade bed is flanked by a "Martha Washington sewing table" and an antique sewing machine stand topped with a faux marble top. The bathroom features a 5' clawfoot bathtub and a separate oversize shower. |
