Thomas Cheatham Little Room

Richard Young Room

The General Thomas Cheatham Little Room:
Named for the Civil War veteran who built the home, this room is decorated in beautiful family heirlooms. The room’s centerpiece is the magnificent antique Dogwood designed bed with a matching marble-top vanity. This room has an additional twin bed and may accommodate up to three people.
Double occupancy rate $80.00.
Triple occupancy rate $95.00.

The Agnes Goodrich Room:
Decorated in soft pastel pinks, blues and violets, this room features antique, painted furniture, and a beautiful iron bed. Named for Agnes Goodrich, the wife of General Little, this room is romantic and comfortable and can accommodate two.
Room rate: $80.00.

The Dr. Richard Young Room:
The largest of the rooms at the Little Young House, the Dr. Richard Young Room, features a beautiful bay window design, a canopied cherry bed, antique bonnet chest, and writing desk. The room’s pale yellow hues with beautiful accent colors make this room a cozy place to stay. Room comes complete with a love seat that makes a twin bed, so the room may accommodate up to three people.
Double occupancy rate $80.00.
Triple occupancy rate $95.00.

All rooms are $80 per night and include complimentary tea and snacks and a full breakfast.
Prices are based on double occupancy. An additional guest in rooms that may accommodate up to three will require an extra charge of $15.
For reservations call (931) 433-5873. A credit card # with expiration date will hold the room(s).
Check-in: 5:00 - 7:00 pm weekdays, 3:00 - 7:00 pm weekends. Special arrangements may be made.
We accept Visa or MasterCard.
If you notify us of cancellations prior to 14 days of your arrival, your credit card is not charged. If you cancel within 14 days or less, you would be responsible for the entire booking unless we are able to re-rent the room. If we are able to re-rent the room, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
The Little Young House is a completely smoke-free environment.
Our rooms are designed for couples; however, we can accommodate children 12 and over if we have the appropriate available accommodations. The charge for an extra person is $15.
We are sorry, but we don’t allow pets. We can, however, help make arrangements at a nearby kennel.
We have free, off-street parking convenient to the house.
