We've just finished a second project on our property, a cozy cottage with covered back porch. It's a bit smaller than the Guesthouse, but is perfect for travelers on a tighter budget, or for overflow from the Guesthouse for larger families, or two groups coming together.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as you have morning coffee on your own back porch and watch horses grazing, and listen to the birds singing from the shade trees. Your cozy cottage is furnished with a queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa. Other amenities include full private bath, eating area with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and complementary coffee, TV/DVD/VCR, CD/Stereo AM-FM player. Charming, newly-remodeled with private entrance. Perfect for the budget-minded traveler or for a tranquil country getaway. Rent both the Guesthouse and the Cottage and receive a 10% discount.

• One-night's Deposit to hold your reservation.
• Payment accepted by check, cash, travelers' checks or VISA or MasterCard.
• A $30 Administrative Processing Fee will be charged for any cancellation of a standing reservation.
• For most reservations, with at least seven days notice, we'll gladly credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we'll refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee.
• For cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Arrival time after 3 p.m.
• Departure time before noon. Other times may be set by prior arrangement.
• Children are welcome with well-supervised parents.
• Designated smoking areas.
• We will make every effort to fulfill any special requests.
