This is a larger view of our place in the snow. The guesthouse is behind the last barn on the left. It is very secluded, accessed only by a long private driveway past our 110-year-old farmhouse. Windows span the back of the guesthouse and give a great view of surrounding hills. Open the windows on both sides of the 2-person Jacuzzi and you can relax in the soft breezes as you watch the sunset. No neighbors, no traffic, just you and Mother Nature... Winter Wonderland

We've just finished a second project on our property, a cozy cottage with covered back porch. It's a bit smaller than the Guesthouse, but is perfect for travelers on a tighter budget, or for overflow from the Guesthouse for larger families, or two groups coming together.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as you have morning coffee on your own back porch and watch horses grazing, and listen to the birds singing from the shade trees. Your cozy cottage is furnished with a queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa. Other amenities include full private bath, eating area with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and complementary coffee, TV/DVD/VCR, CD/Stereo AM-FM player. Charming, newly-remodeled with private entrance. Perfect for the budget-minded traveler or for a tranquil country getaway. Rent both the Guesthouse and the Cottage and receive a 10% discount.

Guesthouse

$90 - $120 per night double occupancy depending on season (complementary coffee, but no breakfast)..or..$100 - $135 to include breakfast foods such as bacon, eggs, biscuits, etc., stocked in your private kitchen for you to cook whenever you are ready. Sleep as late as you like, and even have breakfast in bed if it suits your fancy ..or...$110 - $145 We will cook a full country breakfast in our farmhouse, and deliver to you at the Guesthouse.

Cottage

$55 - $95 per night double occupancy, depending on season. Includes complementary in-room coffee. Each additional person $10. Country breakfast served in your cottage $25.

Policies
  • One-night's Deposit to hold your reservation.
  • Payment accepted by check, cash, travelers' checks or VISA or MasterCard.
  • A $30 Administrative Processing Fee will be charged for any cancellation of a standing reservation.
  • For most reservations, with at least seven days notice, we'll gladly credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we'll refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee.
  • For cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Arrival time after 3 p.m.
  • Departure time before noon. Other times may be set by prior arrangement.
  • Children are welcome with well-supervised parents.
  • Designated smoking areas.
  • We will make every effort to fulfill any special requests.
