Breakfast is served in your choice of: the dining room, the outdoor courtyard or the privacy of your own room.

traditional country: eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, grits or potatoes
optional breakfasts include: pancakes (plain or blueberry), french toast, omelets.
Scratch biscuits, juice, tea or coffee accompany either style
Note: breakfast is included with room rental and is served when you would like.

Brunch: $12.00 per person
Assorted meat and or vegetable quiche or casserole. Hot fruit compotes, potato and grit casseroles, scratch biscuits and sweet muffins, assorted juices, jams, jellies, and preserves garnished with fresh fruit and vegetables in season, tea or coffee.

Light Lunch: $9.00-9.50 per person
Combinations of soup and salad, soup and sandwich, or salad and sandwich. Pasta with salad, pastry with chicken salad and vegetable.
Yeast rolls or homemade bread, dessert, tea and coffee.
$12.00 Salad medley consisting of chicken salad, pasta or potato salad and fresh fruit salad garnished with fresh fruits in season.

Lunch or Evening Meal:
$13.50 Chicken prepared a variety of ways.
$13.50 Roast Prime Rib of Beef
$17.50 Beef tenderloin, sauted in butter, served with a delicate wine sauce.
$20.00 Filet mignon or prime rib of beef served with sauces or au jus.
$24.00 Beef tenderloin (as above) served with grilled chicken breast.
$26.50 Filet mignon accompanied by breast of chicken.
Lunch or evening meals include yeast rolls, choice of salad, two vegetables, dessert, tea or coffee.
