Built in the late 1800's, Fox Manor is one of Kingsport's oldest homes. Great care has been taken in the restoration so as to preserve its well-deserved place in local history. Our quiet elegance, coupled with a warm and friendly atmosphere, will make you feel right at home. Your comfort is assured and your stay is welcomed at Fox Manor.

The ceiling in the Dining Room was painted by a professional artist who captured both the design and color scheme in the fabrics and wall coverings. The vast china and teapot collection gathered on travels abroad is displayed in the built-in cabinets. The dining room is quite formal yet lends itself to intimate and cozy dining before a glowing fire. Breakfast is served in the dining room, but in pleasant weather, you may choose to dine on the veranda or patio.

Rates and Information
  • Rates are from $100-$150.
  • Corporate and extended stay discounts available.
  • Certain weekends require a two or three night stay and rates subject to change without notice.
  • Room rates are based on single or double occupancy only.
  • A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation to confirm. A ten-day cancellation notice is required for a refund of the balance due. No refunds will be given for deposits unless the room can be rented. There will be a $20 service fee charged to the account for canceled reservations. Forfeited deposits may be applied to a future stay. Upon arriving, you are responsible for the balance of your confirmed stay.
  • All rooms and interior areas are nonsmoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on the veranda and patio.
  • Please advise at time of reservation of any special dietary needs or restrictions.
  • Check-In from 3 p.m. and Check-Out by 11 a.m. If arrival is after 6 p.m., please give us a courtesy call.
