Conference BreakRoom Knox Meeting Room
In addition to lodging, dining, recreation and entertainment, Evins Mill has two dedicated meeting spaces. Our conference center is located in the Grismtill on the south bank of Fall Creek. With high ceilings and windows offering breathtaking views, our convention space is a far cry from the generic rooms common in many hotels. Both rooms come equipped with full audio-visual capabilities, including LCD projector, TVs/VCRs, overhead and slide projectors, a sound system, easel boards, flip charts, fax and modem capacity, six phone lines, and copier and computer services. Chairs and tables can be set-up in a variety of configurations to meet specific needs from theatre to classroom to "u-shape."

Group rates at Evins Mill vary from $125 to $250 per person per day depending on time of year and week, duration of stay, size of group, single or double occupancy rooms, frequency of use, advance booking, menu and meeting room selections, and other factors.
