Romantic Dining in the Smoky Mountains
Romance is served nightly Tuesday - Saturday to inn guests and the public in our Mountain View Dining Room. A four course dinner is served at 7pm, by reservation only. The fixed menu changes nightly and might include such dishes as a Beef Filet with Burgundy Butter Sauce, a Pork Tenderloin with Blackberry Mustard, a Fruit Stuffed Cornish Hen, or Salmon with Champage Butter Sauce. We are famous for our desserts, such as White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, Poached Pears in White Wine with Fruit Confetti, Banana Spice Cake with Caramel Sauce, and many more.
