Wine and Classic Creme Caramel

Romance is served nightly to inn guests and the public in our Mountain View Dining Room. The four course menu is selected by Chef Karen Valentine. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Served at 7pm, the meal is $30 per person. Special dietary concerns are gladly accommodated. County law prohibits us from selling alcohol, but feel free to bring your own.

Your dinner could start with a homemade soup, like Carrot Onion Broth or Zucchini Bisque. You then might move to a Bleu Cheese Walnut or a Stuffed Portabella Appetizer. Favorite entrees include a Beef Filet with Burgundy Butter Sauce and Feta and Herb Stuffed Chicken Breast. Chef Valentine is known for her decadent desserts, like White Chocolate Cheesecake, Maple Creme Brule, or the rich Flourless Chocolate Cake.
