The Chestnut Hill Ranch Bed and Breakfast offers southern hospitality at its absolute finest. Set on 53 acres in the beautiful Duck River Valley, it is owned and operated by Dr. Cher Boisvert-Tanley and George Tanley. The original farmhouse, built around 1908 has undergone recent renovation that blends the character and charm of the period with the modern comforts of today. The Inn features three different room themes, each with private bath. Evening refreshments are provided and a 3 course breakfast is served. Our Event Center, perfect for Special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or receptions can be provided with special amenities with advanced notice. We have a working cattle ranch with geese, crested ducks, endangered chickens, pet pig Esmeralda and a pet goat Molly.

The Victorian Room

Elegant old-world charm delights you with a full-size bed, vintage furniture, fine linens and a private bath in a room the size of a suite.

The Western Room

Step back in time to the romance of the Old West in a barnwood queen-size bed with private bath just across the hall.

The Wilderness Room

Enjoy the gas log fireplace from under the net canopy of your queen-size log bed. No need to tramp through the forest to your private bath - its there!

The Great Room

Relax by the fire in our warm and spacious great room or choose a private corner to read, listen to music or watch TV. Enjoy the scenic countryside overlooking the pond, pastures and songbirds feeding from a quiet table by the large picture window.

  • All rates include evening beverage and snack, private hot tub use and 3 course breakfast.
  • Any dietary needs or baskets for special occasions can be provided with advance notice.
  • Check in time 4 p.m.; Check out 11 a.m.
  • Non-smoking facility.
  • A $30 deposit is requested at time of reservation, which will be refunded with a 48 hour notice of cancellation.
  • Currently we accept MasterCard and Visa, personal or traveler's check, money orders and cash.
