Bristol Motor Races Special
After a day or night at the races, return to the cooler quiet of our lovely mountain retreat, just 25 miles from the BMS track. We're located 3 miles from the city limits of each historic Jonesborough & Johnson City in the beautiful mountains at about 2300 feet. Prices include hearty gourmet breakfast; elegant, oversized accomodations with private bath & queen bed; arrival snacks; 9+ acres of gardens, trails & views; visit with the llamas; "rocking chair" front porch; and privacy, privacy, privacy!
Race rates for 2 persons in our oversized Family Suite with private bath, queen sized bed, separate sitting room with daybed and large closet are $180+tax per night for a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, reduced to $150+tax per night for a 3 night stay.
Our oversized Queen Suite with private bath, closet & queen bed is $175+tax for a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, reduced to $150+tax per night for a 3 night stay. Additional persons can be accomodated for $10 per child & $30 per adult, per night.
Package includes use of guest family room with TV, VCR, microwave, rerigerator and comfortable seating.

Enjoy the country quiet mid-week (Monday through Thursday nights) & the local events for less. Special includes lodging in an oversized suite with private bath & queen sized bed; gourmet & healthy breakfast; arrival snacks; visits with our llamas & labradors; guest lounge with TV, VCR, microwave & refrigerator; use of 9+ beautiful acres of trails, gardens with arbor and garden art, mountain & valley views, hammock & "rocking chair" porch.
Up to 2 well-behaved children included in the midweek special. Indoor pets are welcome with advance approval & a $25 cleaning fee for the entire stay. Outdoor dogs may be accomodated in our outdoor kennel with prior approval. We gladly accomodate special diets with advance notice. Special mid-week rates are $10 less per night for stays or 2 nights or more for 2 adults. Reduced rates for either available suite: $200+ tax for 2 nights; $290 +tax for 3; weekly rates available. Excludes holidays and special events.

Join us for a gentle llama farm visit & adventure. Special includes a visit with our gentle & curious llamas on our 9 private acres of trails, gardens and mountain & valley views; lodging in either of our lovely, oversized suites; gourmet breakfast; and arrival snacks.
Three night package in either of our oversized suites for 2 adults (up to 2 children free)for $290 + tax; two night package for 2 adults (up to 2 children free) for $200 + tax.
Our llamas are gentle, intelligent, well-trained and will not spit on you! They serve as Santa's helpers at Christmas events and have given thousands of "llama kisses."
We can accomodate additional persons & children for $10+ tax per night; well behaved indoor pets with prior approval are welcome for a $25 per visit cleaning fee; outdoor dogs may stay in our outdoor kennel with prior approval. Rates include a gentle llama visit,use of 9+ acres of trails, gardens & views in the mountains just 3 miles from the city limits of each historic Jonesborough & busy Johnson City. Either oversized suite with private bath & huge closet is just $290(+ tax) for 3 nights for 2 persons; $200 + tax for 2 nights for 2; up to 2 children are included in the special.

Valentine special stays of 3 nights for $290 + tax in either our large family-sized suite with sitting room & private bath or queen suite with private bath. Each suite has a quality queen-sized bed. Two night packages for $200+ tax; 1 night for $110+ tax.
